Condiments: Entrée Packages include our Signatures Meat Hot Sauce, Fresh Sautéed Peppers and Onions, Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, Fresh Chopped Onion, Sweet Relish, and Sauerkraut. All grill items are served on DiPaolo rolls.

Kosher and non-pork items may be substituted if requested for diverse cultural backgrounds. Skinless hot dogs are available for children or on request. A guaranteed minimum of 50 to 500 guests and a 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. We do consider non-minimum bookings during non-peak times.

The cart is much like an "open bar" where guests may come up as many times as they wish. Each Crew includes a professionally dressed and well-groomed Certified Level One Serve-Safe Grill Master and appropriate number of Assistants. An assistant will clear plates and assure side dishes are filled and at the proper temperature during your event. The Crew will serve for two consecutive hours and then invite guests up for a "last call".

Our crew is fully vaccinated for COVID-19. A handwashing station is always available for the crew and your guests.

Verno On The Roll caries 1M in liability insurance with a 2M aggregate. Additionally, we carry Workers Comp insurance and are permitted by the Monroe County Dept of Health and safety Inspected by the City of Rochester Fire Department.

Package Prices do not include sales tax. We securely accept all major credit cards. (Add 3.9% processing fee). Payment in full is required at the conclusion of the event. Gratuity is appreciated and at your discretion.
